Our Online classes are kept to a small group to enable that individuals are given the attention they require, therefore many of our classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another person. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the class date will be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 30 days will not be eligible for a refund but will receive a credit to apply to another class.
Cancellations made within 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or transfer but recordings will be sent out so you can still benefit from the full content of the course.
If for any reason you are not able to join any of the booked classes ‘live’, a Zoom recording of the class will be sent out to you for home study. If circumstances dictate that the course teacher is unable to teach a class then it will either be extended to the following week or rearranged to suit
