Cancellation Policy for Online Courses and Workshops

Our online classes are intentionally kept to a small group size to ensure that each participant receives the individual attention they require. As a result, many of our classes fill up quickly or are scheduled specifically to meet the needs of individual participants. Please carefully review the following cancellation terms:

1. Deposit Policy

1.1 Once you have signed up and paid your deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

  • More than 30 days before the course start date: You will receive a refund of the full payment minus the deposit.
  • Within 30 days of the course start date: Refunds are not available. However, you will remain enrolled in the course and will have access to:
    • Recordings of the live classes to catch up at your own pace.
    • Support provided as if you were attending the live course.

2.2 To notify us of any changes, please email us at info@purepathogenics.co.uk.

3. Changes to Enrollment

3.1 If another class or series of workshops is available, it may be possible to transfer your enrollment to a different course.
3.2 While we will make every effort to accommodate such changes, please note that the frequency of our courses is limited, and transfers are not guaranteed.

4. Missed Live Classes

4.1 If you are unable to attend any of the scheduled live classes, a Zoom recording will be provided for home study.

5. Course Rescheduling by the Instructor

5.1 If the instructor is unable to teach a scheduled class due to unforeseen circumstances, the class will either:
